Helicopter emergency medical transport in the PACA region

Summary

HOPITAUX DE PROVENCE is procuring emergency medical helicopter transport for the regional hospital group serving SAMU centres 05, 06, 13, 83 and 84 in the PACA region. The contract includes five twin-engine helicopters, flight crews, Part-145-approved maintenance, replacement aircraft, fuel and related ground equipment. Optional services include 24-hour operations at Gap and Nice and night-vision-goggle flights at Toulon and Avignon. The maximum amount for call-off services over the full contract period is €136,000,000 excluding VAT; each base is planned to operate for eight years, with a possible two-year extension.
