Procurement of 2026 Crowd-Control Impact-Resistant Helmets

Summary

The French Ministry of the Interior is procuring crowd-control impact-resistant helmets for the National Police and National Gendarmerie under a single-lot, four-year framework agreement, with a maximum value of €11 million excluding VAT. The complete helmet kit includes the shell, impact-resistant visor and protective cover, neck guard, ordered service markings, a French-language technical and maintenance guide, a belt or tactical-carrier attachment and a fabric transport bag; components and accessories may also be ordered separately.
