EPT Boucle Nord de Seine is seeking client-side support for public consultation on the Porte Saint-Germain / Seine Banks urban renewal project in Argenteuil. The single, un-lotted framework agreement covers adapting and operating the project house, designing and running consultation activities, workshops, urban walks and public meetings, supporting a citizens’ group, and coordinating and reviewing the work. It has no minimum order value; the maximum is €150,000 excluding VAT for the initial 24-month period and €150,000 excluding VAT for the possible 24-month renewal, with a total term of up to 48 months.
