Asbestos and lead surveys and analyses

Summary

Établissement Public Foncier de Normandie is procuring a single-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement for asbestos surveys, lead diagnostics and related sampling and analyses across Normandy. The services cover surveys before sale or acquisition and before demolition, asbestos removal, rehabilitation or renaturation, including site inspections, sampling, laboratory analyses, reporting, dust measurements and area clearance inspections. The framework may appoint up to three suppliers, runs for one year with three possible one-year renewals, and has an annual maximum value of €1,000,000 excluding VAT.
