Supply and management of digital food cards for students in the Montpellier academy

CROUS de Montpellier–Occitanie is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for the supply, management and monitoring of digital food cards for students receiving social support. The cards, with face values of €50 or €100, must be usable in physical discount-price shops for food and everyday hygiene products only, at partner shops across the five departments of the Montpellier academy, and may be spent in several transactions. The indicative annual volume is approximately 2,000 cards worth €50 and 30 cards worth €100; the contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed twice, for a maximum of three years.
