Public service concession for the expansion, renovation and operation of the Champigny-sur-Marne crematorium

Sifurep is seeking a public service concession for the studies and works needed to expand and renovate the Champigny-sur-Marne crematorium and the adjoining memorial garden, followed by operation of the crematorium and its facilities. The concessionaire will operate the service at its own risk from 1 April 2028; the contract may last up to 25 years and has an estimated value of €75 million excluding VAT. The procurement comprises one lot.
