Framework agreement for collection and washing of waste drop-off points

Summary

The ACCM agglomeration authority is procuring a single-operator framework agreement for the collection and washing of voluntary drop-off points for glass, newspapers, magazines, recyclable household packaging and household waste, including transport of the collected materials to their designated outlets. Services cover Arles, Tarascon, Saint-Martin-de-Crau, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Boulbon and Saint-Pierre-de-Mézoargues. The agreement runs for an initial 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals; it has no minimum order value and a maximum of €1.5 million excluding VAT per 12-month period, or €6 million excluding VAT in total.
