Maintenance of machines and electrical equipment, 2027–2030

Summary

Le Mans Métropole, the City of Le Mans and the City’s Communal Social Action Centre are procuring maintenance services under a framework agreement running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The four lots cover transformer substations, generator sets, compressors and lift pumps. The maximum values over four years, excluding VAT, are €600,000 for lot 1, €1,080,000 for lot 2, €600,000 for lot 3 and €450,000 for lot 4, for a total maximum of €2,730,000. The contract includes social-inclusion and sustainable-development provisions.
