Public service concession to operate an independent living residence

Summary

The Municipality of Falck is seeking a concessionaire to operate its independent living residence. The concession covers facility operation, maintenance, major upkeep and renewal, as well as service management and relations with residents. The concessionaire will be remunerated through operation of the service; the term is expected to be between 15 and 20 years, depending on the planned investments, and the estimated contract value is €11 million.
