Recovery of scrap metal and batteries from waste collection centres

Summary

The Lens-Liévin Urban Community is procuring the recovery and recycling of scrap metal and batteries collected at its waste collection centres, under a single lot. The contract covers 500 to 2,000 tonnes per year and runs for one year from 1 January 2027, with one possible one-year renewal, for a maximum duration of two years. The service includes receiving the materials at the treatment facility within two working days of a collection request.
