Ammunition for the ÉNAP shooting unit

Summary

The École nationale d’administration pénitentiaire (ÉNAP) is procuring ammunition for its shooting unit in three lots: 5.56 × 45 FMJ NATO M193 cartridges, 9 mm FMJ cartridges, and single-projectile 12/70 diabolo-type “gom-cogne” cartridges. The first lot’s ammunition must have a fully copper-encapsulated jacket and crimped primers. This is a purchase-order contract with no minimum order and annual maximum values of €90,000 for lot 1, €520,000 for lot 2 and €35,000 for lot 3, excluding VAT; it may run for up to four years.
