Cap Excellence is procuring services in two lots for 24 months: an integrated study of flooding and related hazards in a coastal urban area, including comparison and prioritisation of risk-reduction options, and topographical survey work. The study will support feasibility and preliminary sizing and inform a prioritised flood-prevention action programme.
