The Grand Orly Seine Bièvre territorial public establishment is procuring door-to-door collection of residual household waste, paper and packaging, glass, food waste, green waste and bulky items, as well as the removal of illegally dumped waste in Vitry-sur-Seine. The services will be ordered under a framework agreement and paid at unit and lump-sum rates; the estimated total value is EUR 12 million.
