Summary

The Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis is procuring corrective, adaptive, evolutionary and regulatory maintenance for its Business Objects software licences, together with upgrades and support for the associated technical environment. The four-year contract combines fixed-price services with a framework agreement for additional services ordered as needed, including on-site or remote assistance, further development, and installation or upgrading of Business Objects servers. The framework-agreement portion has a minimum value of EUR 10,000 and a maximum value of EUR 120,000 excluding VAT.
