Preventive and corrective maintenance of reprographic, mail-processing and binding equipment

Summary

The Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regional Council is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance for office equipment in two lots: reprographic equipment other than printers and copiers, and mail-processing equipment; and a binding solution. The contract combines fixed-price services with a single-operator framework agreement, initially for one year from notification, with up to three tacit one-year renewals and a maximum total term of four years. The framework agreement has no annual minimum; its annual maximum is €7,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €3,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2.
