Cold-chain meals and snacks for schools and leisure centres in Saint-Herblain

Summary

The City of Saint-Herblain is procuring the preparation and cold-chain delivery of lunches and snacks to public-school restaurants and leisure centres under a single-supplier framework agreement with no lots. The service covers about 3,200 meals per school day at 17 sites, 700 meals on Wednesdays, and 450 meals during short school holidays, with additional provision during July, August and the year-end holidays. The agreement runs from July 2027 until 31 December 2028 at the latest, with a minimum value of €1.2 million and a maximum of €4.5 million excluding VAT; it may end earlier when the municipality’s new central kitchen becomes operational. Optional pricing may be offered for the supply of 400 g white bread for lunches.
