DI Lille is procuring the demolition, decontamination and reconstruction of the UEAJ facility in Bruay-la-Buissière. The works are divided into 14 lots covering asbestos removal, demolition and clearance; site works and utilities; structural work and façades; timber framing and cladding; roofing; metalwork; external and internal joinery and furniture; plastering and suspended ceilings; tiling; painting and resilient flooring; electrical work; plumbing, heating and ventilation; and landscaping.
