Concession for the provision and operation of a multimedia service

Summary

The Groupe Hospitalier de la Haute-Saône is seeking a concessionaire to provide, operate, maintain and manage television, patient internet and telephone services for hospital patients at its sites in Vesoul, Lure, Luxeuil-les-Bains and Gray. The single, non-lotted concession is planned for eight years, from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2035, with an estimated total concession value of €1,561,600 excluding VAT. The scope includes the associated equipment and service infrastructure. An optional streaming service and an optional organisational proposal to increase concession revenue may also be offered.
