Urban planning study for the Coquelin sector in the Pommeraie neighbourhood

Summary

The City of Rennes is commissioning an 18-month urban planning study for the Coquelin sector in the Pommeraie neighbourhood. The work includes an urban, landscape and technical diagnosis; three development scenarios with their advantages and disadvantages; an operational master plan; communication and consultation; a fire-response plan; and 3D modelling. The study must take account of flood-risk and surface-water runoff constraints, with particular attention to mobility. The contract includes optional phases.
