Maintenance of flat roofs at URSSAF Île-de-France buildings

Summary

URSSAF Île-de-France is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the flat roofs, terraces, access routes and associated drainage and safety systems at seven buildings in Montreuil, Champs-sur-Marne, Paris, Lieusaint and Dammarie-les-Lys. The work includes two preventive maintenance visits per site each year, corrective repairs and emergency interventions, with inspection reports and photographic records. The contract has a 12-month initial term, renewable three times for 12 months each, and an estimated total value of EUR 220,000 excluding VAT; corrective work is ordered at unit rates, up to EUR 25,000 excluding VAT per 12-month contract period.
