Production of scientific and educational podcasts and videos

Summary

The Ministry responsible for higher education, research and space is procuring a single-operator framework agreement, without lots or a minimum commitment, for producing scientific and educational podcasts and videos based on the Institute’s conferences, training activities and events. The services cover editorial preparation, recording or filming, post-production and delivery, including transcripts and online publication materials; outputs may be with or without interviews and generally range from 3 to 30 minutes, with additional minutes priced separately. The agreement will run for an initial 12 months and may be renewed for up to three further 12-month periods, for a maximum total of 48 months and a ceiling of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT.
