Communauté d’agglomération Plaine Vallée is procuring a single-lot, single-operator framework agreement for property-level inspections of private wastewater and stormwater systems and their connections to public networks. The service covers individual homes, apartment buildings and non-residential premises, including inspections before property sales and for new or modified connections, as well as follow-up visits and checks of private pretreatment and storage structures. The provider will arrange appointments, test drainage outlets using suitable methods such as fluorescent dye or smoke, and prepare inspection reports.
