Summary

The Prime Minister’s Directorate for Administrative and Financial Services is procuring services to update two government databases: the local administration database (BDL), covering contact records with eight core data fields and additional simple or complex data, and the institutional database (BDI), covering named appointments and signature delegations published in the Official Journal. The contract is divided into two lots, one for each database; communication time is included in the service prices. Lot 1 is estimated at €50,000 excluding VAT per year and €200,000 excluding VAT over its maximum four-year term; each lot starts with a one-year period and may be renewed three times for one year each.
