Field-emission scanning electron microscope and high-performance sputter coater

Université de Tours is procuring equipment for the electron microscopy laboratory at CHU de Tours under two lots: a field-emission scanning electron microscope equipped for X-ray microanalysis, and a high-performance sputter coater for sample preparation. The first lot includes optional extras such as removal of the existing microscope, a compatible transmitted-electron imaging detector, a Peltier-cooled stage and automation; the second includes an optional three-year warranty extension or extended-coverage maintenance contract.
