Fit-out of the staff welfare area at the municipal technical centre

Summary

The Town Hall of La Tremblade is procuring refurbishment works for the staff welfare area at its municipal technical centre, at 23 rue de la Seudre, La Tremblade. The works are divided into five lots: demolition, masonry and floor finishes; electrical works and mechanical ventilation; plumbing, sanitary installations and heating; dry partitions, suspended ceilings and internal joinery; and painting. All lots include mandatory options for fitting out the storekeeper’s office and the meeting/training room with storage area. Works are provisionally scheduled to start in January 2027.
