Project-owner assistance for monitoring Aix-en-Provence’s heat and cooling networks

Summary

The City of Aix-en-Provence is procuring project-owner assistance to manage and monitor its heat and cooling networks in one lot. The services include technical, financial and legal oversight of the network concession, updates to the master plan, and additional work such as meetings and technical expert studies, ordered as needed. The support will also cover projects including a new deep-geothermal heat production facility, a 36 km extension of the heat network and two small cooling networks.
