ENPA 2028: Surveys of air passengers

Summary

France’s Directorate General for Civil Aviation is procuring the ENPA 2028 air-passenger survey service. Surveys are to be conducted continuously each day throughout the year at the 10 main French airports, with at least 150,000 usable questionnaires. The surveys will examine passenger profiles, travel patterns, ticket characteristics and access to airports. The contract duration is 36 months.
