Refurbishment of the offices at UGAP’s co-owned Le Tholonet site as a flexible office

Summary

The Union of Public Purchasing Groups (UGAP) is procuring refurbishment works to convert its co-owned office site at Le Tholonet into a flexible office. The works are divided into nine lots covering demolition and structural work, tiling, interior wood joinery, modular partitions, plastering and painting, thin floor coverings, suspended ceilings, metalwork, electrical installations, and heating, ventilation, plumbing and sanitary systems. The planned contract duration is 12 months; the works are estimated at EUR 1,440,857.86 excluding VAT, or EUR 1,650,000 including possible similar works.
