Routine renovation and maintenance works for buildings of the GHT Normandie Centre institutions

Summary

Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Caen Normandie is procuring routine renovation and maintenance works for buildings belonging to the GHT Normandie Centre institutions, excluding the Caen University Hospital itself. The framework agreement is divided into 19 trade-based lots, including masonry, roads and utilities, roofing, carpentry, plumbing and heating, medical gases, electrical work, flooring and painting; annual maximum amounts range from €80,000 to €505,000 per lot. The contract is planned for 2027 and may be renewed for up to three further one-year periods.
