Fuel and heating oil supply for Le Mans Métropole and the City of Le Mans, 2027–2030

Summary

Le Mans Métropole and the City of Le Mans are procuring fuel supplies from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030 under five lots: diesel (maximum €30 million excluding VAT), unleaded petrol 95 (€10 million), non-road diesel (€5 million), B100 biofuel (€10 million), and heating oil and premium heating oil (€4 million in total, split between the two authorities). The framework agreement has a maximum total value of €59 million excluding VAT. Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5 use subsequent contracts with up to three suppliers; lot 4 uses purchase orders with one supplier. An environmental clause applies.
