External inspection of road pavements

Summary

The European Collectivity of Alsace is procuring external inspection and testing services for road and motorway pavement works across Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin. The framework agreement is divided into three geographic lots: the motorway service, the Haguenau–Saverne–Sélestat road service, and the Colmar–Mulhouse–Saint-Louis road service. Services include testing aggregates, soils, recycled materials and asphalt, as well as checks during construction and on pavement surfaces and platforms. The initial term is 12 months, renewable three times for 12 months, with a maximum value of EUR 4 million across the framework.
