Collection of household and similar waste

Summary

The Community of Communes of the Canton of Oulchy-le-Château is procuring household and similar waste collection services in two lots for the period from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2034, with up to two one-year extensions. Lot 1 covers door-to-door collection and transport of residual waste and mixed paper and packaging excluding glass; its additional services include weekly residual-waste collection during a three-month summer period and waste characterisation using onboard cameras and software. Lot 2 covers voluntary drop-off collection and transport of glass packaging, with an optional campaign to wash all glass containers in the area. The combined estimated value is EUR 1,390,000 excluding VAT over seven years: EUR 1,300,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 90,000 for Lot 2.
