The Department of Réunion is procuring framework agreements for traffic counts and travel-movement analyses on departmental roads for 2027–2031. Lot 1 covers road traffic counts, with an annual maximum value of €250,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers multimodal counts and junctions, with an annual maximum value of €100,000 excluding VAT. The data will support traffic monitoring, works planning, road-safety and environmental studies, evaluation of road improvements, and monitoring of active and new forms of mobility.
