Restoration works in the great halls of the Palais d’Iéna

Summary

The Economic, Social and Environmental Council is procuring restoration works for the great halls of the Palais d’Iéna in Paris, including the Hypostyle Hall, the Pas Perdus and Ventejol halls, and adjoining circulation areas. The 10 lots cover scaffolding, concrete restoration and masonry; granite floor finishes; plastering; wooden and metal joinery; painting; stretched fabric coverings; Perret luminaires; heating, air treatment, ventilation and smoke extraction; and electrical works. The works are planned over 30 months. Some lots also include optional works, including heating distribution and a temporary emergency exit.
