Restructuring the Fontaines-sur-Saône wastewater treatment plant – Lot 3: Neuville staff facilities

Métropole de Lyon is procuring Lot 3 of a six-lot project to restructure the Fontaines-sur-Saône wastewater treatment plant and connect it to the Pierre-Bénite catchment. The works at the Neuville site include constructing staff facilities, altering and extending the existing building to provide offices, reorganising the control room and distribution areas, enlarging changing rooms and the refectory, and creating a ground-floor workshop and storage areas. The project also includes a mixed green roof and outdoor storage with canopies and photovoltaic panels. The estimated contract value is EUR 900,000 and the planned duration is 13 months; this procurement concerns Lot 3 only.
