Building Works Framework Agreement 2027–2029 (2030)

Summary

The City of Raseborg, its municipal engineering and facilities functions, and Raseborg Rental Housing Ltd are procuring a framework agreement for building works in the Raseborg area for 2027–2029, with an option for 2030. The work comprises small repairs, maintenance and alteration works, building repairs and small construction projects, including general building work and demanding repairs such as remediation of moisture, microbial and indoor-air damage. Orders will be placed individually according to the buyers’ needs; work orders valued above €30,000 excluding VAT will be subject to a mini-competition among the framework contractors.
