Twin-screw extruder for biocomposite development

Summary

Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Xamk) is procuring one twin-screw extruder with auxiliary equipment for research- and pilot-scale production of bio- and plastic-composite granules. The equipment is intended to process specified polymer matrices and fillers, including wood sanding dust, bark powder, lignin, cellulose and biochar. The procurement includes the basic configuration, options for upgrades and add-ons, installation, commissioning and user training.
