26098 Secure collection containers for confidential waste

Summary

The City of Seinäjoki is procuring a service for the secure destruction of confidential paper and other materials containing personal data. The service includes delivering collection containers to the city’s units and participating group companies, collecting full containers, providing replacements and securely destroying their contents. The current service covers 119 containers: 112 containers of 240 litres and 7 containers of 140 litres. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with one optional two-year extension ending on 31 December 2031; the buyer does not commit to specific order quantities.
