Construction contract for Ylämylly Fire Station (main contract), project 5471

Summary

Pohjois-Karjala Wellbeing Services County is procuring the main construction contract to convert part of an existing service building at Honkalampi Centre into the Ylämylly fire station. The work includes a vehicle bay for one fire engine, storage for firefighting equipment, enlarged changing facilities, fixed furnishings and stainless-steel works, as well as related excavation, groundworks and landscaping. Plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation works are separate subsidiary contracts.
