Direct search services supporting the recruitment process

Teknologian tutkimuskeskus VTT Oy is procuring recruitment-supporting direct search services in Finland and internationally in two lots: executive-level direct search and lighter direct search for middle-management and specialist roles. The lighter service includes candidate market mapping, contacting and interviewing candidates by phone, presenting candidates to VTT, and rejection calls.
