Summary
The City of Forssa is procuring an integrated core IT service package covering a Service Desk and end-user support, including on-site support at the buyer’s premises; Microsoft services; and management of workstations, tablets, mobile devices and audiovisual equipment. Related services may also be included as options. WAN networks, switches, firewalls and internet services are excluded. The procurement is not divided into lots.
