Framework agreement for outdoor litter bins and ashtrays in Helsinki

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division, together with the city’s Culture and Leisure Division and Stara, is procuring outdoor litter bins and ashtrays under a framework agreement divided into two lots. The estimated value is EUR 900,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of EUR 1,300,000: Lot 1 for litter bins has an estimated value of EUR 800,000 and a maximum of EUR 1,100,000, while Lot 2 for ashtrays has an estimated value of EUR 100,000 and a maximum of EUR 200,000. The agreement is scheduled to run from no earlier than 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2030.
