Summary

Åbo Akademi is procuring marketing communications and advertising agency services to complement the university’s in-house communications and marketing expertise. The services include concept and campaign planning, graphic design, project and production coordination, digital and traditional marketing, content and copywriting, social media materials, and Swedish-language marketing texts, with Finnish- and English-language content as needed. The work will support student recruitment, research communication, brand development, fundraising, and alumni and stakeholder communications. Photography, video production, illustration, printing, and other specialist services are outside the hourly-rate comparison and may be ordered separately.
