Supplier register for personnel competence development

Summary

The City of Turku is establishing an open-ended supplier register for training and coaching services to develop the competence of personnel at the City of Turku, Pöytyä Municipality and Oripää City. The services are divided into 12 lots covering change management; diversity and customer-oriented services; challenging customer situations and safety; workplace wellbeing; service lifecycle and process management; online training on employment matters; collaborative impact, complexity and experimental development; digitalisation; data-informed management; first aid; initial firefighting; and MAPA or equivalent training. The contracting authorities do not commit to a specific purchase volume or value.
