Procurement of an Occupational Safety Management System

Summary

The City of Lohja is procuring a browser- and mobile-accessible occupational safety management and reporting system delivered as a SaaS service. It must support hazard and risk assessments, incident reporting, observations, corrective actions and reporting, and include a module for early childhood education staff to report shortcomings or threats affecting the provision of childcare. The contract includes implementation and training, specified integrations, maintenance and upgrades, support and expert services, a test environment, and specified add-ons and options. The system must serve an organisation of approximately 2,050 users and be in production by 1 January 2027. One service provider will be selected for a three-year contract, with two possible one-year extension periods.
