ICT equipment framework agreement

Summary

Järvinet Oy and the City of Kurikka are procuring computers, mobile phones, monitors and ICT accessories under a single-supplier framework agreement. The four-year estimated quantities include approximately 2,970 laptops and desktop computers, 2,000 Chromebooks, 570 mobile phones, 500 docking stations, 570 monitors, and keyboards and mice; these estimates do not create minimum purchase commitments. The framework is planned to start on 1 January 2027, run for one year with three optional one-year extensions, and has estimated values of €2,000,000 for Järvinet and €735,000 for Kurikka, with maximum values of €2,400,000 and €900,000 respectively, excluding VAT.
