Invitation to Market Dialogue: Procurement of Scanning Equipment

Summary

The Finnish Social Insurance Institution (Kela) is preparing a procurement of scanning equipment for approximately 10 million sheets of paper per year, scanned double-sided. The planned scope includes the equipment, software and integration with the existing scanning and indexing system, related servers, peripherals and supplies, delivery and installation, user training, ongoing maintenance and support, and separately ordered services. This notice invites suppliers to take part in preliminary market dialogue.
