Summary
Väylävirasto is procuring the preparation of a railway plan for the Kattilakoski–Pello section of the Tornio–Kolari line in Pello, Lapland, covering railway kilometres 970+850–1004+260. The design includes the electrification works and space reservations needed for electrification, a traction power supply station at Juoksenki, replacement of specified bridges, ground strengthening, improved drainage and level-crossing safety, and reindeer fences.
