Heat energy meters and installation work

Summary

Helen Oy is procuring remote-readable heat-energy meters and related components and accessories, together with the work needed to replace, install, commission and connect meters to remote-reading systems. The procurement has two lots: 3,706 heat meters in G1B and DN25 sizes with associated equipment and software, and replacement project services for approximately 6,000 heat and cooling energy meters, including planning, installation, commissioning, project management, customer communications, reporting and fault correction. Mass replacements are planned from March 2027 to December 2029.
