Länsi-Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County is procuring housing and related support services for people who need assistance because of mental health problems or problematic substance use. The procurement is divided into five lots: supported housing, communal housing, 24-hour residential care, a youth housing unit where substance use is permitted, and temporary housing for people with mental health or substance-use needs. The estimated value is EUR 90 million over four years.
